Patricia Danyluk recently completed her PhD in Human Studies at Laurentian University. Her thesis From saboteurs to allies: The role of children and youth in teacher candidates’ development of classroom management revealed how children and youth impact on the development of classroom management skills. The research was conducted using observations, focus groups, student teacher questionnaires, and narratives. Patricia is employed as the Practicum Supervisor at the School of Education, Laurentian University. She is the recent recipient of the Canadian Association of Teacher Educators (CATE) 2013 Best Thesis Award.
