Natalie Baker, Research Assistant (BA, MSc)
Natalie is a Clinical Research Specialist for St. Michael’s in Toronto focusing on applying qualitative methodologies to health services and tool improvement initiatives. She enjoys bringing together health promotion, elements of youth culture and forward-thinking teams in order to catalyze disruptive health solutions and innovations. In the fall, she will be starting her doctoral program at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health and hopes to incorporate some of her experiences to explore young peoples’ digital media use and online identities in relation to their health and well-being, as well as the participatory design of youth mental health promotion, intervention and treatment initiatives and ways of creatively engaging young people. Natalie graduated with Great Distinction from McGill university in Montreal, Canada for her bachelor’s degree, and received her Master’s degree from the London School of Economics. Along with health and behavioral sciences, she loves exploring the arts and creativity.
